Today I am 30+1... and it has been a good day.
I love the quote above. Whenever I look at 'old' young people and 'young' old people it reminds me that your attitudinal age is determined by you.

How are you? i love your scrapbooking!! i am currently still at uni doing human movements, and still living in wynnum. It would be great to get in contact with you again, i see Mr Miller abit and he informs me that you are no longer at WSHS?

following on from Roslyn's comments: my best advice to you as you get older - never wear control top pantyhose and a push up bra at the same time time. :) xxxx
